Field Management Senior Director

A leading technology manufacturing company is looking for a Field Management Senior Director. The selected candidate will oversee field service operations, drive service innovation, and ensure customer satisfaction across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex service programs and ensure alignment with KPIs and budget goals
• Innovate and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
• Lead senior managers to maintain high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance services
• Drive strategic customer relationship management and operational excellence
• Align service initiatives with business direction to address high-value problems
• Manage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business, or operational management is desired
• More than 15 years of professional experience is ideal
• More than 10 years of experience in the semiconductor market is preferred
• Experience in leadership in a mass organisation management
• Prior experience in customer engagement sector (semiconductor industry) is ideal
• Proven experience in PL management
• Knowledge of systems, theories, practices, and the changing business environment
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 750+) and Japanese
