ブランチマネージャー/ Branch Manager

A multinational industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for a Branch Manager. The selected applicant will lead and drive the organisation to meet or exceed its growth and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Synchronise priorities, policies, and initiatives between country
• Formulate the strategic plan for the Japan team
• Organise personnel to support the effective execution of the strategic plan
• Mentor, develop, and guide branch staff to achieve personal goals and business plans
• Establish challenging and motivating goals to drive staff performance
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers and partners
• Ensure optimal gross margin levels for current projects and project pipeline
• Propel long-term growth strategies in critical business sectors
• Enhance business operations and implement changes to enhance overall performance
• Manage promotional events, exhibitions, tradeshows, etc. with marketing sales teams
• Drive operational excellence by disseminating best practices in secured opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or marketing
• More than 15 years of experience in sales, sales management, project management, or operations management
• 8-10 years of sales management and direct sales experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, Building Management Systems/DDC Controls, Fire detection and suppression and Security
• Expertise in using relevant marketing and sales techniques
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
