アプリケーションエンジニア/ Application Engineer

A global oil and gas energy company is looking for a Control Valves Application Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical solutions and collaborate with teams to support new requisitions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise during the pre-ITO (requisition) process and collaborate with the commercial team
• Understand relevant markets and customer economic value to support winning bid strategies
• Resolve issues using acquired expertise and established precedents
• Work with business teams to specify activities, plan tasks, and provide technical advice
• Communicate with team and supervisor on metrics, project status, and research
• Present findings to internal teams for improved decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in control valves
• More than 3 years of experience in a customer facing role is a plus
• Knowledge of Japan Nuclear regulations
• Fluent level English and Japanese
