新製品設計エンジニア/ New Product Design Engineer

A global electronic components manufacturer is looking for a New Product Design Engineer. The selected candidate will design innovative connector solutions and support cross-functional development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design connector solutions across various product types
• Identify and resolve issues during development and quality reviews
• Ensure compliance with engineering documentation and modeling standards
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on technical proposals and cost analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute product designs
• Engage with suppliers and internal departments for development support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering from an ABET accredited university is preferred
• More than 2 years of experience in connector design or manufacturing
• Experience in design pf plastic injection molding and progressive die stamping
• Background in Engineering Design Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English
