設計エンジニア/ Design Engineer

A global packaging solutions company is looking for a Jr. Packaging Design Designer. The selected candidate will design and develop innovative, sustainable, and functional paper-based packaging for beverage products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop paper-based packaging for beverage multi-packs
• Improve and refine existing packaging structures for enhanced durability and performance
• Collaborate with global teams, including international designers in China
• Create packaging mock-ups and support sales teams in client meetings
• Conduct durability testing to ensure quality and compliance
• Engage with clients to propose tailored packaging solutions
• Participate in global training sessions in France and China
• Manage the development of packaging patents
• Work cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and technical teams
• Drive innovation in sustainable packaging design

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a design-related institution
• More than 5 years of experience in packaging structure design, product development, or related technical roles
• Prior CAD experience (Artios)
• Skilled in packaging materials and production processes
• Proficient in developing innovative packaging aligned with client needs
• Graphic design skills for packaging mock-ups
• Ability to enhance functionality, sustainability, and manufacturability
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Intermediate level written and verbal English
