An international financial services company is looking for a Corporate & Operations Recruiter Associate. The selected candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top talent, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across corporate functions and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool
  • Advise hiring managers and HR on APAC recruiting processes, controls, and policies
  • Source and pipeline candidates using a variety of channels
  • Interview and present qualified candidates, refining strategies based on feedback
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and manage expectations
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent and timely communication
  • Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy
  • Conduct compensation discussions to support offer closure
  • Promote diversity by managing Affirmative Action Plans and presenting diverse slates
  • Provide market data and competitor intelligence to support hiring strategies
  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance in the applicant tracking system

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in an in-house or RPO recruiting environment
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, and offer management
  • Experience in Financial Services recruitment
  • Prior experience handling confidential information
  • Proven ability to build creative and inclusive sourcing strategies
  • Ability to influence business and HR partners
  • Strong commitment to diversity and shared values
  • Skilled in using applicant tracking and employment systems
  • Ability to present insights using data and metrics
  • Proficient in Japanese and English
