D&Iスペシャリスト/ D&I Specialist

A leading global manufacturer of commercial vehicles seeks a D&I Specialist. The selected candidate will drive performance management cycles, employee engagement, leadership development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement performance management cycles aligned with global guidelines
• Lead Employee Survey implementation and data analysis
• Conduct Potential Validation assessments and provide support aligned with company philosophy
• Support talent management discussions and processes
• Develop and execute diversity and inclusion initiatives and policies
• Manage internal and external DEI communications and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Practical experience in talent management, leadership development, and organisational development
• Experience in DEI initiatives and HR event management in Japan
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level Japanese and English
