人事スペシャリスト/ HR Specialist

A multinational agriculture company is seeking an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will manage payroll operations and HR data while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll data with outsourcing vendors and the HR team
• Oversee tax processes and employee benefits payments via vendor coordination
• Prepare payroll-related reports in collaboration with finance
• Maintain accurate HR data in Workday, including salary and cost centre updates
• Handle employee inquiries through email, phone, and the ServiceNow system
• Support the development of an effective HR operating model aligned with company growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of work experience in any industry
• Prior HR or finance experience is ideal
• Basic knowledge of accounting, payroll, labour law, and social security is preferred
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
