プラント人事マネージャー/ Plant HR Manager

A multinational automotive technology company is looking for a Plant HR Manager. The selected candidate will support the Plant Manager in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Plant Manager and site managers with HR issues in alignment with business objectives
• Implement staffing, recruitment, training, and career development strategies
• Oversee payroll-related and administrative processes
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives
• Enforce company HR policies and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in an HR function within an international company
• Experience in talent acquisition for both indirect and direct labour is preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems
• Business level English and Japanese
