HRBP/ HRBP

An international jewellery manufacturer and retailer company is looking for an HRBP (HR Manager). The selected candidate will lead HR operations while providing both strategic and operational support to business leaders. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, payroll, and compensation & benefits
• Support employee communications and handle staff-related issues
• Foster cross-team collaboration and promote company values
• Manage HR budget and conduct regular variance analysis with leadership
• Review and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local laws
• Partner with cluster HR to manage annual salary reviews and compensation programs
• Monitor salary administration, including commission, insurance, and bonuses
• Prepare and manage monthly HR reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, HR, or a related field
• More than 8 years of hands-on HR operations experience
• Experience in retail or FMCG industry preferred
• Proficient in Japanese employment law
• Fluent level Japanese; professional level English
