リテール担当HRBP/ HRBP for Retail
A global fashion company is looking for an HR Business Partner for Retail. The selected candidate will support HR strategy, performance, and culture-building initiatives across store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with retail leaders to provide strategic HR support
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail teams
- Drive employee engagement and promote a strong workplace culture
- Manage performance review cycles and coach store management
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of HR experience (retail or customer-facing environment)
- Experience as an HRBP in a retail or service domain in a global company is a plus
- Knowledge of retail operations and workforce dynamics
- Familiarity with local labor laws and retail compliance standards is preferred
- Understanding of HRIS systems and data analytics tools is desired
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in HR data tools (MS Excel, Power BI, HRIS) is ideal
