タレントマネージャー/ HRBP / Talent Manager/ HRBP

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Talent Manager/HRBP. The selected candidate will oversee talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead talent activities across recruitment, onboarding, development, and workforce planning
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leaders on staffing needs
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
• Develop and implement talent strategies to enhance engagement and retention
• Coach leadership teams to align with company objectives and foster growth
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best HR practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (business, human resources, management, or a relevant domain)
• More than 6 years of experience in management, employee relations, or generalist
• Experience advising managers through complex employee issues and solving workforce challenges
• Knowledge of local HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Bilingual level English and Japanese is preferred
