HRBPマネージャー / HRBP Manager
A global fashion retailer is looking for an HRBP (Manager) to drive key initiatives across workforce planning, training, and compliance. The selected candidate will oversee budgeting, HR operations, talent development, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost, hours, and productivity management aligned with sales targets
- Lead career development and succession planning for managers and staff
- Organise and manage performance evaluations and training using internal tools
- Handle contract updates, attendance, shift planning, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor law while promoting employee satisfaction and risk mitigation
- Drive CX initiatives and implement global HR policies in collaboration with departments
Requirements:
- Experience handling huge volume of personal information
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
