海外人事担当/ Overseas HR Expert

A services firm is looking for an overseas HR expert. The selected candidate will provide support for Japanese companies though efficient process management, data-driven solutions, and strategic compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for international assignments, leveraging knowledge of Japanese corporate practices throughout the assignment cycle
• Identify and adapt to company-specific differences in outsourcing operations to deliver result through efficient processes
• Advise clients on improving overseas assignments operations by applying deep knowledge of process optimisation
• Support strategic personnel planning by consolidating compliance data for both assignees and business travellers

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in system development or data processing is a plus
• Experience in overseas HR payroll operation for Japanese companies
• Knowledge of calculation of purchase power guarantee methods, salary revisions and deemed taxes Prior experience in the field of human resources
• Proven experience in sending and operating overseas assignees
• Familiar with using BI, Alteryx, Dataiku, RPA-related tools
• Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
