A well-known investment management company is looking for a VP of Human Capital. The selected candidate will oversee talent acquisition, manage employee support, and ensure compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct due diligence reference calls
• Support employees with various HC topics, including leaves and compensation
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of HC functions
• Spearhead HC policies to ensure compliance with labour regulations
• Maintain an up-to-date database of employee information
• Develop and implement new HR policies
• Collect and assess HC data for performance management
• Collaborate with teams on HC projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Capital, or a related field
• 5-10 years of HR experience
• Proven experience as a Human Capital Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment and labour laws
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (HRM software is ideal)
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
