人事マネージャー/ Human Resources Manager
A multinational legal services firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will lead full-spectrum HR activities including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related matters and manage HR policies and procedures
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including probation reviews and exit interviews
- Maintain HR systems and manage time-off tracking, absences, and annual performance reviews
- Coordinate secretarial support and drive workflow efficiencies across business support teams
- Manage immigration procedures, foreign lawyer registrations, and compliance with legal regulations
- Support annual salary reviews and oversee benefits administration and vendor management
- Handle payroll coordination with external vendors, including reporting and payments
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to offer issuance and agency management
- Identify training needs and support delivery of global and local learning initiatives
- Collaborate on regional HR projects and contribute to office operations and social activities
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in human resource within an international law firm or within a professional services setting
- Knowledge of Japanese employment law and regulations (requirements regarding Japanese work rules and immigration
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
