人事スペシャリスト/ HR Specialist
A multinational medical technology company is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, improve HR processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administration and coordination with HR agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and issue reports, documents, and certifications
- Develop and update HR programs, policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases in coordination with regional teams
- Manage onboarding, employment certifications, and visa application/renewal processes
- Support payroll, compensation surveys, benefits programs, and performance management initiatives
- Administer off-boarding procedures, exit interviews, and staff welfare activities
- Maintain HRIS and employee data for reporting, planning, and compliance audits
- Assist in recruitment and staffing activities in partnership with hiring managers
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations within a multinational company
- Proven experience managing HR functions with knowledge of Japanese labour laws and HR practices
- Prior shared service experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
