A global insurance company is seeking a Head of Human Resources and General Administration. The selected candidate will lead HRGA's strategy to build a high-performance culture, develop talent pipelines, and support organisational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong hiring pipelines
  • Formulate career development plans to foster employee growth
  • Promote inclusion and reinforce equal opportunity policies
  • Ensure effective and diverse hiring, onboarding, and management practices
  • Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Supervise HR and General Administration team leaders
  • Evaluate and plan employee training and development programs
  • Develop and implement HRGA policies for all employees
  • Analyse the effectiveness of HR tools and procedures
  • Align HR plans with the company’s mission and business goals
  • Build internal and external pipelines for C-suite candidates
  • Drive organisational transformation aligned with business diversification
  • Create a modern, productive, and inclusive workplace environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or related field
  • Proven experience as Head of Human Resources or in a similar managerial role
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and labour legislation
  • Strong strategic and business mindset
  • Possess a valid PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
  • Professional level Japanese and English
