海外HR/ Overseas HR

An international medical device company is looking for an Overseas HR professional. The selected candidate will oversee expatriate management, global HR system planning, and HR development initiatives across international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overseas assignments and provide support for returning employees
• Plan and operate HR systems for overseas subsidiaries, including evaluation and compensation frameworks
• Support global HR development through training and overseas trainee programs
• Handle compliance and labour-related issues across international operations
• Assist with overseas hiring in collaboration with local HR teams
• Conduct HR due diligence and manage HR integration during M&A and restructuring

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of HR experience at a business company or HR consulting firm
• Practical experience in planning and operating evaluation and compensation systems
• Prior experience in expatriate management, global HR development, or M&A-related HR is ideal
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in global HR system planning and expatriate management
• Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
