C&Bディレクター/ C&B Director
An international clothing company is searching for a C&B Director. The chosen candidate will handle all C&B programs, HR systems, payroll matters, company-wide labour costs and headcounts, and employee relationships. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the P&D and P&M process and compensation planning
- Manage benefit programs such as DC plan, GTLI, annual check-up
- Update work rules based on business needs or legal requirements
- Supervise monthly payroll operation and annual income tax adjustment
- Play a key role in making the annual labour cost budget for all organisations
- Generate monthly or yearly reports such as KPI’s, Org Chart, and financial documents
- Supervise HR data change process and ensure correct recording in global and local HR systems
- Cooperate with HRBP and HRVP to resolve labour troubles or issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of professional experience in C&B field
- More than 3 years of experience in people management
- Experience in introducing or renovating HR system
- Experience in labour cost management
- Experience working with the finance department closely
- Experience working in other HR fields is preferred
- Advanced level MS Excel and Word
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labour laws and social insurances
- Understanding of various C&B practices, both global and local
- Basic knowledge of finance
- Proficient in written and verbal English
