A multinational luxury brand is seeking a Payroll and C&B professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end payroll and compensation processes while supporting employee lifecycle initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll, bonus payments, tax adjustments, and social insurance processes
• Oversee attendance tracking, annual leave, and overtime compliance with labour laws
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, retirement, and transitions
• Lead initiatives related to employee financial benefits
• Improve payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Facilitate labour-management agreements annually

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in payroll at a mid-size business
• Practical experience in attendance and social/labour insurance management
• Prior experience implementing and managing 401K plans
• Hands on experience in developing targeted communication strategies
• Experience in multinational environments
• Strong understanding of compensation, payroll, labour law, contracts, insurance, and tax
• Familiarity with retail and luxury brand industries
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
