外資系医療機器メーカーにてフィールドサービスエンジニアの募集です。病院内における医療機器の新規設置・導入業務などをお任せいたします。顧客サイトにて発生した問題を解決した経験をお持ちの方からのご応募をお待ちしております。勤務地は大阪府です。

職務内容:

  • 病院内における医療機器（画像診断装置）の新規設置・導入業務
  • 保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務
  • 顧客満足度の改善維持向上
  • 顧客からのクレームを受け、適切にエスカレーションをし、問題を解決
  • 業務を通じて発見された改善機会等を積極的に関係者と協議・改善

応募要件:

  • 電気・機械系のフィールドサービス経験1〜2年以上
  • オペレーション改善のための意見提案・実行経験
  • マニュアルの読解・点検・修理経験
  • 顧客サイトにて発生した問題をエスカレーション・解決した経験
  • 電気・コンピューター・ネットワークの基礎知識
  • 普通自動車免許
  • X線作業主任者資格歓迎
  • 英語力歓迎
  • 日本での就労資格
