ヘルスケアコーディネーター/ Healthcare Coordinator

An international healthcare services provider is looking for a Healthcare Coordinator. The selected candidate will support medical case management and coordinate appointments between local providers and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate medical appointments with local health providers for beneficiaries
• Manage open cases in alignment with operational procedures
• Handle new appointment requests promptly with guidance from nurses
• Maintain accurate case notes in internal systems
• Escalate urgent or complex cases and provide stakeholder updates
• Communicate with beneficiaries and providers on claims or scheduling queries
• Stay current with procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with nurses, operations staff, and network teams to resolve cases
• Communicate network gaps and provider availability to liaison officers
• Maintain strong provider relationships
• Log customer feedback and take ownership of service recovery
• Adhere to privacy and compliance policies

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of customer service experience via phone, chat, email or physical correspondence
• Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service settings
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry systems
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; business level English
