A multinational pharmaceutical company is hiring for a Market Access position. The selected candidate will lead integrated access strategies for pipeline and inline products in coordination with global and local teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute access strategies aligned with commercial, R&D, regulatory, and global market access teams
• Communicate insights on the local access environment to internal stakeholders
• Identify and address gaps between global and local access strategies
• Align long-term market access planning with internal cross-functional teams
• Define key milestones including competitor timelines and global market timelines
• Assess data needs with the HEVA team to support access and reimbursement goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of the Japan and other key markets healthcare and reimbursement
• Business level verbal and spoken English and Japanese
