受託開発製造マネージャー/ Contract Development and Manufacturing Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Contract Development and Manufacturing Manager. The selected candidate will oversee external manufacturing operations and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract manufacturing operations in compliance with cGMP and business practices
• Lead cross-functional teams and resolve operational issues at contract sites
• Evaluate, select, and manage contract manufacturers and coordinate product transfers
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and production cost targets
• Monitor site performance using key metrics and lead review meetings
• Promote continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above (degree in business administration, engineering, or science-related is ideal)
• 2-12 years of experience in contract manufacturing management (based on level of education)
• More than 5 years of experience in protein, API, DS, DP, or packaging manufacturing setting
• More than 5 years of experience related to cGMP principles, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines, and validation principles
• More than 2 years of experience in project management, leading multifunctional or multi-location team
• More than 1 year of experience with external parties or leading cross-functional teams for clinical or commercial products
• Professional level Japanese and English
