医療戦略部門シニア・マネージャー/ Senior Manager, Medical Strategy

A multinational biotechnology company is looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Strategy. The selected candidate will lead the development and execution of medical strategies, provide scientific support across teams, and manage key stakeholder collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Japan medical strategies for assigned products and therapeutic areas
• Engage with key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, and institutions for scientific exchange
• Lead lifecycle planning and execution of Phase 3b/4 studies
• Support cross-functional teams including marketing, field medical, and medical communications
• Oversee Investigator Sponsored Trials and contribute to publication planning
• Review and ensure compliance of promotional and scientific materials

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree or above (life science or clinical degree is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in medical affairs or clinical research and development in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in clinical trial design and conduct (Phase I, II, or IV) including interventional oncology clinical trials is a plus
• Understanding of corporate compliance
• Familiarity with country-specific legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations and guidelines relevant to industry interactions with healthcare professionals
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level reading, written, and spoken Japanese; business level English
