A global marketing communications agency is looking for a Senior Associate in Healthcare PR. The selected candidate will support integrated communications programs for healthcare clients, translating complex scientific content into impactful narratives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute healthcare communication and PR initiatives across media, digital, and stakeholder platforms
• Conduct research and develop content for a range of client deliverables
• Translate complex scientific and regulatory information into clear, locally relevant content
• Manage media relations, including drafting materials and coordinating outreach
• Oversee project timelines and collaborate with internal and external teams
• Foster a collaborative team culture and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
• Experience in media relations, including drafting and adapting media materials
• Interest in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with medical, scientific, or regulatory concepts
• Fluent level Japanese and English
