HEORスペシャリスト/ HEOR Specialist

A renowned international pharmaceutical company is looking for HEOR Specialist. The selected applicant will implement HEOR projects aligned with value, market access, and scientific strategies for assigned products and areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develops HEOR and Real-World Evidence strategy and leads the implementation of HEOR studies, value messaging, and scientific communication plans for pipeline products.
• Identify HEOR data needs according to the Market Access & Pricing and product strategy, and work with the HEOR manager to map out an effective plan for qualified output.
• Work as part of the market access team to generate integrated input for cross-functional forums and Headquarters.
• Generate high-quality economic and clinical evidence and analysis and develop a formal HTA dossier in a timely manner, engaging with external suppliers.
• Define and execute HTA strategy effectively, dealing with challenges and support Market Access & Pricing Department leaders in communicating with Senior Management.
• Develop external relationships and work closely with KOLs and academic researchers.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry, including research, development, strategic planning, marketing and consultancy services (pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus)
• More than 5 years of pharmaceuticals or healthcare-related industry or organisation experience within the field of HEOR or RWE
• Science and research background, commercial background, especially associated with in-depth analytic skills, and cross-functional project management experience is preferred
• Business level English and Japanese
