A global clinical research organisation is seeking a Contract Specialist. The selected candidate will manage contract negotiations and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely study start-up for clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between sponsor, investigative sites, and internal teams
• Negotiate contracts and budgets with investigative sites
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 1 year of relevant work experience
• Prior contract negotiation experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
