A global outdoor footwear company is looking for a Marketplace Senior Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee eCommerce operations, drive sales performance, and optimise product visibility across online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales budget, inventory, and product registration across online malls
• Analyse sales data and customer trends to support planning and reporting
• Identify operational issues through competitor and market research
• Execute SEO and promotional campaigns to improve product visibility
• Coordinate purchase volumes and sales plans from seasonal exhibitions
• Lead Amazon AMS initiatives and manage partner communication

Requirements:

• Experience in eCommerce malls (Amazon) in the shoe, sports, outdoor, and fashion industries
• Prior experience in understanding and promoting branding business
• Proven experience in project management
• Background in advertising operations at eCommerce malls
• Prior background in preparing to open a store at an eCommerce malls
• Proven background in sales and retail
• Knowledge of web in general
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in English
