Head of eCommerce

A global FMCG company is looking for a Head of eCommerce. The selected candidate will lead eCommerce sales strategy, team development, and promotional execution to drive brand performance and KPIs. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement key account sales plans and online media strategies aligned with sales KPIs
• Oversee online store execution and ensure adherence to brand visibility and performance standards
• Drive promotional campaigns and manage data input, audits, and case study reporting
• Train and coach team members to maximise performance and build a high-energy team culture
• Join key sales negotiations and guide field activities 2–3 times weekly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, local agencies, and international stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in FMCG sector
• More than 5 years of experience in eCommerce (digital marketing and technology disciplines is ideal)
• Experience in sales, marketing, and insight functions
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level written and spoken English and Japanese
