クロスボーダーECマネージャー/ Cross-border EC Manager

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Cross-Border eCommerce & International Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive international eCommerce growth and lead new global business ventures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance cross-border eCommerce operations targeting Western and Southeast Asian markets
• Develop and manage corporate partnerships to support business expansion
• Execute and optimise digital marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms and social media
• Improve user experience on company-owned and third-party eCommerce sites
• Build organisational structures in coordination with HR and leadership teams
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of international business initiatives and ventures

Requirements:

• Experience as a business manager in the retail or eCommerce industry
• Prior experience in marketing planning and operations for overseas markets
• Proven experience in business planning or management at a strategy/management consulting firm
• Background in operating Shopify sites for international markets is a plus
• Prior background in corporate sales or client work is preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite is ideal
• Excellent project management skills
• Business level Japanese and English
