クリエイターオペレーションシニアマネージャー/ Creator Operation Senior Manager

A foreign technology company is searching for a Creator Operation Senior Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing scalable strategies, optimising affiliate programs, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and support high-potential creators in commerce through strategic growth and training initiatives
• Develop and execute scalable creator growth plans to drive engagement, retention, and long-term success
• Lead the implementation of affiliate program strategies to increase quality content supply and creator performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the creator experience and unlock growth opportunities via campaigns, brand partnerships, and product launches
• Design and manage cost-effective incentive programs to boost creator engagement and platform performance
• Analyse complex data to inform strategies, solve problems, and deliver scalable, impactful solutions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in content-based platforms is preferred
• Experience in managing diverse teams or agencies
• Excellent logical analysis ability and data-sensitive, attention to detail, affinity with
  numbers, and strong in problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs is preferred
• Strong connections with creators and creator agencies are preferred
• Fluent level Japanese and English
