シニアテクノロジーデプロイメントテクノロジスト/ Sr. Technology Deployment Technologist

A renowned energy company is looking for a Senior Technology Deployment Technologist (Industrial). The selected candidate will provide technical support, drive new product launches, and ensure quality assurance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to support customers and deploy new products
• Deliver technical support through lab analysis, issue resolution, and reporting
• Provide product guidance and lubrication training to internal technical staff
• Support new product development and performance testing for customer approval
• Lead quality assessments, manage incidents, and resolve local raw material issues
• Develop and deliver impactful technical communications for product launches
• Ensure the integrity and relevance of technical claims and data
• Analyse regional quality trends and assess risks
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on products and competitors
• Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
• More than 10 years of experience in Additive, Lubricant or Related Industry
• More than 5 years of experience in Industrial Oils/Grease
• Proven experience in lubricant development, quality assurance, and technology commercialisation
• Experience in the digitalisation of data and reporting
• Proficient in data digitisation and reporting
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; advanced level English
