セールススペシャリスト/ Sales Specialist
An international chemical materials company is looking for a Sales Specialist in Silicone for Industrial and Construction Products. The selected candidate will lead market development and customer engagement while managing a broad portfolio of silicone-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage I&CP business growth by executing sales and marketing plans in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Seek new business opportunities through direct customer engagement or distributor channels
- Expand and maintain account portfolio and regional market presence
- Understand customer needs to drive differentiation and increase market share
- Identify new product development opportunities and collaborate with TS&D/R&D for proposals
- Build and expand relationships within customer organisations
- Develop accurate sales forecasts in alignment with Product Lines and Supply Chain
- Leverage market intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategies
- Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery of customer experience goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5–10 years of experience as a B2B sales or account manager in the chemical industry
- Proven experience in managing complex portfolios with 100+ products is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent level English
