ケミカルエンジニア/ Chemical Engineer

A foreign third party certification company is searching for a Chemical Engineer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for conducting audits, technical reviews, and supporting the administration of the program. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite and desk audits according to the standard and verification requirements as assigned
• Perform required data checks for inventory data and data management systems
• Participate in the development of the risk assessment and verification plan
• Complete audits by adhering to the agreed timeline, reporting deliverables, and professional requirements
• Lead the documentation, communication, and closure of audit findings
• Complete clear technical audit reports, including applicable calculations, interpretation of testing results, and research
• Deliver verification services in accordance with Corporate and Program Quality requirements
• Manage the quality management system through maintenance of competency records and up-to-date program knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field (chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, or related); Master’s degree is preferred
• More than 3 years of experience working in a related sector
• Technical background in industrial processing and quality systems
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced level MS Excel
• Excellent technical writing, observation, and data management skills
• Strong communication abilities and demonstrated abilities in critical analysis
• Fluent level Japanese and English (other languages are a plus)
