セールスマーケットマネージャー/ Sales Market Manager

A multinational financial data services company is looking for a Sales – Commodities / Market Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales, marketing, and client development for energy products. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the energy business
• Build local and regional strategies to grow trading and clearing services through client engagement, seminars, and lead generation
• Collaborate with the Asia-Pacific sales team to identify and drive business opportunities
• Manage operational processes such as client onboarding and ensuring trading access
• Facilitate cross-selling between exchange, clearing, and data service businesses
• Acquire new clients through referrals and networking
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Monitor and report on market share and trading volume trends in Asia

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-7 years of client-facing experience in financial or commodities sectors such as banking, clearing, brokerages, exchanges, or price reporting agencies
• Working knowledge of exchange-listed futures/options and OTC derivatives
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong relationship management, presentation, and communication skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
