卸売信用リスクマネージャー/ Wholesale Credit Risk Manager

A global financial institution is looking for a Wholesale Credit Risk Manager. The selected candidate will manage portfolio risk, ensure policy alignment, and support credit-related initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate emerging risks through portfolio management strategies
• Maintain acceptable levels of non-performing advances and impairment provisions
• Ensure consistent adoption of group and regional credit policies
• Safeguard asset quality and minimise credit loss exposure
• Provide risk updates and reports to management and governance forums
• Support implementation of risk strategies and contribute to key initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, or a relevant domain
• 5-10 years of experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, and corporate/commercial banking
• Experience managing internal or external audits
• Knowledge of bank products
• Understanding of traded credit and market risk
• Possess valid accounting or credit analysis qualifications is ideal
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
