オペレーションアナリスト/ Operations Analyst

An international securities firm is looking for an Operations Analyst. The selected candidate will support non-financial regulatory reporting and client static data management for a variety of financial products. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Create and submit Non-Financial Regulatory Reports (NFRR) to regulators
• Perform reconciliation processes such as nostro and transaction reconciliation
• Collaborate with business lines to resolve breaks and operational issues
• Review and maintain static data related to NFRR
• Handle requests and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update related procedures
• Manage new client account openings and ongoing maintenance
• Support client data updates, including corporate actions and name changes
• Set up and maintain settlement instructions
• Handle and maintain global and local tax documentation
• Coordinate documentation storage, postage, and disposal
• Respond to requests from internal and external parties in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations within the securities or financial industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively and support process improvement initiatives
• Native level Japanese; business level written English
