A global financial services company is seeking a Sales & Relationship Management Representative. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth, develop market insights, and implement client-specific strategies to enhance service delivery. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase revenue from existing and new clients
• Analyse competitive and regulatory landscapes to inform business decisions and client engagement strategies
• Create and implement tailored account plans that address client-specific challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with sales leadership, business line heads, product leads, and marketing to devise and execute strategies for client acquisition and service expansion
• Use CRM systems to initiate and maintain proactive communication across client segments
• Enhance client relationships by increasing transaction volumes and diversifying the use of asset classes and products

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of financial services experience
• Understanding of financial marker ecosystems and post-trade processes
• Business level Japanese and English
