投資支援スペシャリスト/ Investment Support Specialist

A multinational financial services firm is seeking an Investment Support Specialist. The successful candidate will oversee fund accounting, front office operations, and regional trade support. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Validate NAV and manage fund accounting controls including fees and portfolio performance
• Monitor daily trade flow and resolve matching or settlement issues across asset classes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate client operations and data
• Support front office on trade management, securities and cash positions
• Strengthen risk controls and escalate potential incidents appropriately
• Manage relationships with third-party providers across Asia

Requirements:

• Advanced degree or above in finance, financial engineering, or a related qualitative field is ideal
• 5-10 years of experience in asset management or investment bank
• Experience in the operations of an asset management organisation
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Skilled in VBA or other programming languages is ideal
