A multinational technology company is looking for a Sales Executive – Automotive Industry. The selected candidate will drive sales, manage client relationships, and support business growth in a competitive market. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive market
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field
  • More than 7 years of experience in automotive sales (OEM, dealership, or component sales)
  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in EVs, commercial vehicles, or luxury automotive brands is ideal
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with digital sales platforms and online lead generation
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence
