自動車セールスエグゼクティブ/ Automotive Sales Executive
A multinational technology company is looking for a Sales Executive – Automotive Industry. The selected candidate will drive sales, manage client relationships, and support business growth in a competitive market. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive market
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- More than 7 years of experience in automotive sales (OEM, dealership, or component sales)
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in EVs, commercial vehicles, or luxury automotive brands is ideal
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms and online lead generation
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
