A multinational automotive components company is looking for a Technical Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive engineering and sales activities for plastic fastener products, supporting early development engagement and customer-focused innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships to gain competitive insight
  • Engage early with customer engineering teams to drive business development
  • Define technical and commercial requirements for new business
  • Share expertise in design, manufacturing, and testing to support customers
  • Support innovation initiatives and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate leadership that fosters a high-performance culture
  • Prepare reports and manage program launches against key milestones
  • Identify customer challenges and deliver value-driven solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business or engineering
  • More than 7 years of experience in plastic fastener design or engineering
  • Prior work experience with global teams and remote collaboration
  • Experience working at foreign-based companies
  • Skilled in CATIA V5
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in English
