A renowned automotive company is looking for a System Engineer Leader. The selected candidate will lead in-vehicle air conditioning systems' control and circuit development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC system control development
• Coordinate control development for air conditioning system components
• Oversee electronic circuit and software development
• Manage coordination with test engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments
• Ensure smooth communication across all stages of development

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive software development
• Prior experience in developing controls for automotive HVAC systems is a plus
• Proven experience in circuit design is a preferred
• Background in communicating with HVAC and component development engineers regarding controls
• Prior background in coordinating circuit design and software development
• Proven background in creating control specifications from product specifications
