EPSシステム制御・E/Eエンジニア/ EPS System Control & E/E Engineer

A multinational automotive technology company is looking for an EPS (Electrical Power Steering) System Control & E/E Engineer. The selected candidate will support the development of steering system control functions and electrical/electronic components. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Support EPS system control and E/E (HW & SW) development for Japanese OEM projects
• Define implementation specifications through requirement handling and technical discussions
• Ensure all tasks are defined with clear objectives and measurable criteria in collaboration with clients
• Track task progress and propose recovery solutions in case of deviations
• Participate in testing and validation activities with customers
• Guide overseas project core teams
• Act as a key contact for the customer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering
• More than 3 years of experience at a Japanese company
• More than 5 years of experience in brushless motor control or vehicle dynamics-related control function development
• Skilled in control engineering and E/E hardware & software design
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; proficient in English
