エレクトロニクスエンジニア/ Electronics Engineer

A global technology and manufacturing company is looking for an Electronics Engineer for its automotive unit. The selected candidate will lead design and development efforts while serving as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design products in compliance with industry standards and the APQP process
• Act as primary technical contact for customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with project and account managers to drive local project execution
• Define and negotiate specifications with customers through direct communication
• Support product development including FMEA, DVP&R, BOM, and drawings
• Lead product improvement and cost reduction initiatives throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, advanced engineering, product development, etc.
• Experience as project engineer, or systems engineer for automotive industry is ideal
• Prior experience in automotive project management is advantageous
• Understanding of automotive plastic and metal forming processes is preferred
• Knowledge of automotive electronics components is a plus
• Familiarity with FMEA is desired
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus)
