A multinational luxury fashion company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment for both office and retail functions while managing stakeholder relationships and driving strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute resourcing plans for office and retail roles using innovative and cost-effective recruitment methods
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with service levels and processing accuracy to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Generate and analyse monthly reports from the applicant tracking system and track team KPIs
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Support HRBP(s) with succession planning and resourcing strategies for key roles
  • Provide process approvals and ensure adherence to requisition procedures
  • Assess recruitment risks independently and implement resolutions
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Lead and develop TA Specialists and Coordinators to ensure team performance
  • Represent the employer brand and identify key performers in collaboration with HRBP(s)
  • Participate in internal and external events to stay informed on recruitment trends
  • Identify process improvements and collaborate with HR teams to enhance hiring procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 7 years of recruitment experience in an internal HR function
  • Proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement
  • Retail industry background preferred
  • Proficient in recruitment standards and internal hiring processes
  • International work capability and adaptability
  • Fluent level English and Japanese
