ディビジョンコントローラー/ Division Controller

An international cosmetics company is seeking a Division Controller. The selected candidate will monitor economic indicators, provide strategic financial advice, and oversee the financial management of multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor economic indicators and ensure alignment with defined objectives
• Advise senior management on optimal economic choices
• Lead planning, budgeting, and trend analysis processes
• Balance objectives across brands to contribute to overall division results
• Ensure compliance with Group financial, accounting, and internal control standards
• Supervise the reliability of financial reports for the Country, Zone, and Group
• Manage and develop Business Unit Controllers, providing necessary support

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A
• Prior FP&A experience in FMCG or Retail industry is ideal
• Proficient in financial standards (GAAP/IFRS), budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation
• Skilled in SAP, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
