シニアコントロールアナリスト/ Senior Controlling Analyst

A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Controlling Analyst. The selected candidate will lead budgeting, reporting, and cross-segment financial projects. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to lead budget and forecast processes
• Prepare accurate deliverables including data gathering, global templates, and system uploads
• Generate monthly financial reports and management reports for segments
• Conduct variance analysis and share actionable insights with business units
• Enhance local reporting tools using Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and other technologies
• Drive financial and strategic projects including business modeling and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in the finance field (controlling, FP&A, finance project management)
• More than 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a complex/matrix setting
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Knowledge with financial software (SAP, BI, BW, Smart View, Essbase, and Power BI)
• Proficient in reading, written, and verbal English is ideal; professional level Japanese
