シニアFP&Aアナリスト/ Senior FP&A Analyst

A global chemical and material manufacturing company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate budget and forecast schedules across regional and global teams
• Support monthly reviews by preparing financial insights for key stakeholders
• Analyse SG&A spending by function to identify growth opportunities
• Generate sales reports by segment and material, highlighting negative margins
• Conduct various financial analyses, including buy/lease and Capex BEP evaluations
• Perform monthly closing activities for Sales and SG&A by Day 3

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in industrial finance
• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
• Prior experience in SAP is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
